In this encounter 2 people got aggressive and started shouting at us. They charged at our videographer and our team had to intervene. One of them kept on going for our camera guy. We will upload the unedited version of the encounter soon.
DELHI SHAME is a movement by Yoga MyWay to stop people from doing wrong activities and SHAME them publicly. We being the proud citizens of a country with affluent cultures give special importance to rituals. However, spoiling our own pious rivers in the name of rituals only depicts our foolishness and brutality towards these God-gifted rewards. And since vote bank politics is the main agenda of almost every single party, no government takes any action required to stop the filthy practices such as throwing garbage of worships in our serene rivers. It’s high time that we do something to keep our precious heritage clean. While bearing the same blessing in mind, Yoga MyWay has taken an unconventional step to stop people from polluting Yamuna. We shoot people in the act of polluting rivers and shame them publicly by uploading their actions online. Some people understand while some fight and argue. We capture everything and show their actions to the whole world. Watch how people tried to hit us, attacked us, and even abused us on camera. We were attacked on camera.

From many weeks, we have been visiting the site nearby Yamuna and pursue people not to dump the worship remains into the river. Beside that, our efforts are inclined to create awareness among people and to encourage them to understand the consequences of such practices. And it’s actually appreciable that most of our citizens are supporting us in our campaign to keep India clean. We need all your support to end superstition in Hinduism.
According to Times of India report:
Uttrakhand court issued an unprecedented order, the first of its kind in the country.
since the rivers Ganga and Yamuna are losing their very existence, Uttarakhand high court (HC) decreed that therivers Ganga and Yamuna as "legal and living entities having the status of a legal person with all corresponding rights, duties and liabilities of a living person." This, the court said was to ensure the "preservation and conservation of the two rivers and to protect the recognition and faith of society." The division bench of Justices Alok Singh and Rajiv Sharma issued the judgment on Monday.
