What’s up DIY-ers! It’s Val! This time I ventured into a different DIY, from my usual, a must have of this summer are the halter top, and I love them. Flipping through a fashion magazine I saw a halter top and want it but it was impossible for me to find it in stores so I decided to do it myself. Ok hand to the work and begin the tutorial.
