Ashley Graham is making waves in the modeling world, and puts on a very confident front, but even she admits that it mentality takes a lot of work to overcome her doubts.

She's on the cover of Vogue, but according to the New York Post's Page Six, she addressed her insecurities. She says, "you can eat a whole bowl of pasta and then you can go do a lingerie shoot the next day, and I say to myself, 'what the hell was I thinking?' I am just like any other woman in the world and I think I am the fattest woman alive."

Of course that's not true, but even someone as beautiful as Ashley has to give herself mental pep talks.

She says, "I look in the mirror and do affirmations. You are bold, you are brilliant, you are beautiful..." And on the days when her pooch may be especially prominent, she tells herself it’s “cute.”

Ashley makes her money with her appearance, but her inner strength is definitely apparent on magazine covers as well.
