Increasing their pressure over the government for reservation Jat leaders asked protesters not to pay electricity, water bills and repayment of loans to government agencies if their demands were not met by March 1. The leaders of the agitation have also asked the dairy farmers not to sell milk in Delhi on March 2nd as a mark of protest.
