Polling for 4th phase of UP assembly elections has begun as people are casting their vote with much enthusiasm. Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Siddharthnath Singh also casted his vote from Allahabad constituency and said that he was positive of BJP winning in the poll bound crucial state. Meanwhile, Jhansi which also goes into polls today is wettnessing people casting their ballot at the Hafiz Siddique National Inter College in the city.
