Addressing a rally in Maharajganj ahead of sixth phase of Assembly election in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed the BJP was winning in the state. Uttar Pradesh government website says "life in UP is short and uncertain", in this respect UP resembles Sub-Saharan Africa.
