Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi said that PM Modi has made a deal with Ganga. He accused him of making "conditional promises and deals" even with "Ganga maa". Rahul, while addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi, took a jibe at Prime Minster Narendra Modi's promises about cleaning the Ganga River. He further said it has been two and half years since Modiji came to power but none of his promises made in Varanasi has been delivered.
