29 men between the ages of 25-61 including a 'Datuk' was charged at the Kajang Sessions court today with taking part in organised crime by being part of a gang.

The offence falls under Section 130V of the Penal Code and carries a maximum of up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

According to the charge sheet the 29 are alleged to be part of the 'Geng 360 Devan' and were arrested at MV Empayer Sdn. Bhd. No. 1, Jalan Perniagaan Masria 1, Pusat Perniagaan Masria, Batu 9, Cheras in February.

The court has fixed April 18 for mention.
