CRISPY FRIED SEAFOOD TOFU

Ingredients:

500g tofu (mashed)
2 egg yolks
200g fish paste
100g prawn paste
2 tablsp plain paste
1 tablsp chopped spring onions
1 chopped red tablsp chilles
1 teasp salt
1 teasp salt
1 teasp chicken powder
A bit of ground pepper
50g tapioca flour for dusting

Method
-------
1 . Mix salt with mashed tofu, chicken powder, and plain flour

2. Add a bit of ground pepper, chillies, spring onions.
Mix well together.

3. Combie tofu mixture with fish & prawn paste, mix until
well combined.

4. Pour into a lined six inche square pan. Level the surface
with the back of spoon. Steam oven medium heat for 10 mins

5. Remove and set aside to cool

6. Cut into rectangles and dust with tapioca flour. Shake
off excess flour. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden
brown. Dish it out and ready to serve with chillie sauce or
mayonnaise
