History is the torch of truth. Historical photos, even more so. There are ten tonnes of things we can say about the grandeur and westernization that Iran basked in before the rise of Khomeini. And there are thousands of things we can say about the grandeur of Moscow Summer Olympics of 1980. And yet, we would never be able to convey as much as these photos would.
