The best method to liberate an outpost is by stealth. There is only one alarm in the outpost. There is a machine gun turret towards the right inside of the main entrance overlooking the road. If Jason lacks a suppressed long-range weapon (like a M-700, Z93, or Recurve Bow), throwing stones to distract single enemies and taking them down one by one is your prime stealth approach.
