Geneva, Feb 24 (EFE).- The 18-month prison sentence for an Israeli soldier who shot an unarmed and wounded Palestinian man is unacceptable and part of Israel's chronic culture of impunity, said the United Nations' human rights office (OHCHR) on Friday.
