In Islam, having sexual intercourse within three months and days is conditional and beyond this period, relationship of married couple gets weak and need arise to accept each other as wife and husband which means renewal of Nikah. However, having safe sex gives a unique taste which cannot be matched with anything in the world. However, access of everything is bad even if it is allowed. Moreover, according to a research conducted in the Great Britain, if men and women eating required amount of calories daily must have sexual intercourse which prolongs life of men and women. If having sexual intercourse is avoided without valid reasons, one will keep frustration and irritation both mentally and physically.
