STEAM PORK RIBS WITH FERMENTED BLACK BEANS

Ingredients

500g pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
1 tablsp fermented black beans
1 tablsp sugar
1 teasp salt
1 teasp chicken stock powder
1 tablsp finely chopped garlic
1 tablsp shaoxing wine
1 teasp sesame oil
1 tablsp cornflour
1 tablsp red chillies
Method
------
1. Marinate pork ribs with all the
ingredients except fermemted black beans.
Let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour.
Add another tablsp of cornflour & fermented
black beans to the added to pork ribs
before steaming.
2. Bring the water to boil in a wok or steamer with
steaming rack.
3. When water boils, place the place of pork ribs onto
the rack. Cover it lid and let it steam for 12-15 mins.
4. When ready, Server with with hot rice
