Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia), Feb 16 (EFE).- (Camera: Antonio Broto). The Red Cross on Thursday requested aid for over 150,000 Mongolian nomads who are facing a harsh weather phenomenon called "dzud," a freezing winter that coupled with a dry summer, decimates livestock.
