British designer Giles Deacon gets a lesson in making the perfect eel sandwich at good friend Jeremy Lee’s London restaurant.
A celebrity favourite, Deacon cemented himself as part of the new wave of down-to-earth characters that defined fashion in the early Noughties, including fellow designer Henry Holland and model Agyness Deyn.
