YouTube has featured live-streaming on its desktop site since 2011, but the company is finally ready to take on Facebook Live by bringing the feature to smartphones. Popular YouTubers will be the first to be get their hands on the feature, which was originally promised back in June. YouTube channels with more than 10,000 subscribers will be first to get mobile live streaming. YouTube also launched Super Chat, allowing users to highlight their messages for a fee. YouTube said.
