A very deep low pressure system occurs in the NE of the JAPAN. This low pressure system produces for the north parts of the island locally shower rain and for the other prats temporary light to moderate rains.
The conditions for the TOKYO area characterized as partly cloudy with the temperature from 03 to 09 and locally next to the coastal parts up to 10.
The wind chill factor indicates that the felt air temperature ,because of the north winds, will be lower than the actual one!
