President Trump signed multiple executive orders on Jan. 20, including formal nominations for his Cabinet, and gave away the pens he used. For Betsy DeVos, his choice for education secretary, he said, “Ah, Betsy. Education, right?” while lawmakers disputed who would take that pen.
