Trying to drive to a food bank down Nellis, but get lost and miss it; Las Vegas

It's tough to be poor and learning new things. I've never been to this food bank before and couldn't properly identify it in the rain while driving. If it wasn't raining, then I would have been more likely to walk and explore it's exact location.
