Now, in part 2, he attacks the BHA for putting on too much racing, the Jockey Club for turning so many racecourses into what he calls "giant pubs", he says the Authorised Betting Partner scheme implemented by the British Horseracing Authority is "draconian" and says that those who want the TV coverage of racing to exclude betting would be better off watching Planet Earth.
