Wine Bistro | Dining in New Port Richey Florida
Brix 33 was built on the combined talents and efforts of 3 people who are passionate about cooking outrageously good food and selling outstanding wines. Brix 33 features a restaurant, retail wine store and a wine bar all under one roof. Brix 33's passion for excellence is evident when you walk in the door and see the comfortable and relaxed environment that has been created for our guests to enjoy our food creations and fine wines.
The wine store features a collection of approximately 500 wine labels and will continue to grow as we learn more about our guest's tastes in wine. Our wine experts are available to help you choose a wine from our inventory of domestic and import wines. If we do not have your favorite wine, we will be happy to see if we can source the wine for you from our distributors.
The wine bar at Brix 33 features approximately 50 wines by the glass and 30 craft beers. Our guests have the option of purchasing bottles of wine from the restaurant wine list or from the wine store. For a $10.00 per bottle corkage, guests may enjoy a bottle from our wine store with their meal.
In addition to the wines available in the wine store and behind the bar, Brix 33 also has 4 Wine Station wine dispensing machines. Three of the Wine Stations feature selections of wines from the wine store and the selections are rotated regularly. The fourth Wine Station is set up with some “treat” wines that are typically highly allocated wines and difficult to get. These machines are available for anyone to use after purchasing a wine card that is preloaded with a specified amount of money and then used solely for the Wine Stations.
Brix 33 is offering the best in fresh ingredient, freshly prepared food in the area. Some of our guest favorites are the pan seared Sea Bass, the Wine Infused Cappellini and the Mediterranean Flatbread. The restaurant offers our very popular Blackboard Specials every week to highlight seasonally available products offered in delicious preparations.
