It’s been over a year now since the reports Dharma Production’s Hindi remake of the 2014 Hollywood romantic drama, ‘The Fault In Our Stars’, has been making news.
While initially there were speculations that Deepika Padukone and Sushant Singh Rajput have been approached for the film, the list of actors kept changing.
The latest buzz around this film is that actress Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur are being considered for the remake, that will be produced by Dharma Productions.
A source close to the project informed a tabloid, “Alia was always the first choice for the film. In fact, the project had been planned with her in mind. Now, impressed with Aditya’s performance in OK Jaanu, the production house has approached him for the male lead. If everything goes as planned, the film should take off around June July 2017.”
Though there is no official confirmation on the same, it would be quite interesting to see Aditya and Alia romance on the big screen!
