Actor-producer Chirag Patil is ready with his next home production 'Villa'. The horror-thriller will be Chirag's brother, Prateek's directorial debut in Bollywood. Music has been composed by Nakash and Sargam and the makers are planning to release the film around 'Ganpati' 2012.
