Vivek Oberoi spoke about the threat to health and life that smoking causes and said that he has often made his friends quit the habit by taking them to Tata memorial hospital so they can see the condition of cancer patients. oberoi also applauded his friend and photographer Atul Kasbekar for quitting smoking and inspiring other youngsters to kick the habit. when asked about whether smoking scenes should be banned in films, Oberoi retorted that if that is the case, tomorrow the authorities would ban rape scenes or murder scenes too. the actor concluded by saying that art should imitate life and not the other way round.
