Malaika Arora Khan, who took the nation by storm with her flawless moves in Munni badnaam, in blockbuster hit Dabangg, is mighty excited about the sequel of the film which is slated to hit the theaters next month.
Dabangg 2, which stars Sonakshi Sinha and Salman Khan in the lead roles, has been helmed by Malaika's husband and Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan. At a recently held event when the hottie was asked about her feelings about the upcoming film, she said, "It's been a fantastic journey and we are looking forward to it. Dabangg 2 is just a month away from its release date, we are really excited, nervous and it's been superb not just Arbaaz producing it this time but also directing the film. It's really nerve wracking right now."

The first look of the film was launched a day ago and the Khans are really happy with the response that it has got. "The response has been fantastic, in fact it's been overwhelming so that's a great start. The theatrical will be out in a next couple of days," she stated.

While Salman and Sonakshi will reprise their roles from the first edition, Prakash Raj will play the antagonist in Dabangg 2, which is all set to illumine the screens on December 21.
