Ingredients:
Eggs
Water
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Method:
- To make boiled eggs in a sauce pan heat some water.
- Add salt. Careful place the eggs in the water.
- Let the eggs cook on medium flame for 8 minutes. Then switch the flame on high and let them cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the boiled eggs and place them in cold water for few minutes.
- Remove the skin and cut the eggs in half. Sprinkle little salt and pepper on the eggs. Boiled eggs are ready.
- To make the fried boiled eggs heat some oil in a flat pan.
- Sprinkle some red chilli powder, salt and black pepper on the boiled eggs.
- Shallow fry them for few minutes.
- Fried boiled eggs are ready.
