Actor Shahid Kapoor has decided to take up the interior decoration of his house himself rather than employ a professional for it.
The 31-year-old actor wanted to remodel his house, and he chose to bring home some interior design magazines and decide on the colour scheme himself.
Shahid, along with a team of workers, painted all the walls white and chose to keep the floor and furniture black. Shahid also made sure that the house gets good ventilation and considerable seating area by the window.
Shahid's own room has a comfortable bed and a huge collection of films.
Shahid is currently shooting for Rajkumar Santoshi's 'Phata Poster Nikla Hero', which also stars actress Ileana D'cruz.
