A video recorded and uploaded to social media showing a bus driver using his smartphone and smoking all while driving a bus has earned its share of netizens' rage online.

The videos, recorded by Facebook user Firdaus Wong caught the attention of the bus operator which responded with an apology and that follow-up action will be taken with respect the video he uploaded.
