Veteran actor Manoj Kumar was conferred with Lifetime Achievement Award at the closing ceremony of the 4th Jagran Film Festival. Also present at the finale of the film fest were Kamal Haasan, Tusshar Kapoor, Abhishek Kapoor and Rituparna Sengupta among others.
