The premiere of Dedh Ishqiya was attended by Kalki Koechlin, Rajkummar Rao, Manish Paul and Subhash Ghai along with the film's lead actors Madhuri Dixit, Huma Qureshi and Arshad Warsi. Vishal Bhardwaj, the producer of the film, and his wife Rekha Bhardwaj also graced the event.
