the whole line includes the following machines:
1, belt conveyors: 2pcs, one for feeding pipes or lumps, the other one for conveying the shredded materials to crusher.
2, MXR800 plastic single shaft shredder, main motor is 45kw, Screen hole diameter is Φ40mm
3, MPC600 plastic crusher, main motor is 22kw, screen hole diameter is Φ10mm
4, cyclone system: blower is 5.5kw. pipes and storage silo are made of stainless steel.
5, control cabinet: centralized control for the whole line.

This plastic shredder and crusher line can process the waste plastic with size in Φ630mm, final particle size is Φ8-12mm, capacity can be up to 800kg/h.
