Ranbir Kapoor and his lady love Katrina Kaif have finally decided to move into a plush apartment at Carter Road, Mumbai and we hear that the couple will have to shell out a whopping sum of Rs. 15 lakh per month as rent for their love nest.

Sources claim that they have rented a sea-facing penthouse, which has two terraces. As Ranbir has always stayed with his parents, in their house, and Kat has previously lived in a rented apartment, she took care of all the paperwork.

Insiders claim that the two are busy doing up their house and they have also bought a lot of souvenirs from across the globe for their den.
