FamilyToyReview opens lego minifigures series16 blind bags. The lego mini fig packs for series 16 are very fun collectibles. We finally found our penguin man and picked up the mariachi man. I believe all of the characters are not released to the stores at the same time. because Ive dug through entire displays that only contained a certain mix of characters. so I think these are released in separate batches.\r
