Depending on who you ask, this is the movie that broke the Friday the 13th franchise. A New Beginning really earned its bad reputation- only decades of distance and the internet's love of Contrarianism brought this film any support- but it's not the worst thing released under Friday's banner. It moves along at a good clip and it's so devoted to naked women that the rest of the (fairly chaste) series is forever known as a "boobs and blood" series, even though almost all the boobs are in one movie.
