Ingredient\r
1. 350 g squid\r
2. salted egg (the yolk) 3 eggs.\r
3. 1 spring onion\r
4. chilli, sliced lengthwise 1 pcs.\r
5. 5 cloves garlic, minced\r
6. oyster sauce 2 tbsp.\r
7. 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce\r
8. CE sauce 1/2 tbsp.\r
9. 1 teaspoon sugar\r
10. 1 tablespoon chili paste\r
11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper\r
12. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil\r

Procedures\r
1. Put the sliced squid already. Go blanched in hot water for 30 seconds and remove and drain prepared fried.\r
\r
2. Heat oil in a pan And bring to medium heat. Add garlic and stir fry until golden and fragrant.\r
\r
3. Add onions and add the squid, oyster sauce, sugar, chili pepper, soy sauce, allow salted egg yolk and water provided.\r

4. Stir the mixture every 2 minutes, then add the chilli and stir for 10 seconds, then remove from heat.\r

5. serving plate with paprika. Serve immediately with steamed rice\r
