Finally conquering the top of this mountain (1204m), below it lies the true rugged beauty of Thassos. Trekking up there is not easy especially in a hot summer day but well worth the effort.

The nature around is nearly untouched. Fresh mountain springs at the foot of the mountain, pine honey and the silence of nature itself.

A true heaven for the traveler who wishes to get away from the troubles of the world.
