❱ PREPARATION
With the introduction of "Three of Coins", a consumable that gives you a chance for exotic engrams from ultras, you're now able to stock up on all kinds of exotics very efficiently.
First you need to buy the new "Three of Coins" from Xur. Make sure you also have some heavy synth and a rocket launcher on board.
❱ EXOTIC ENGRAM FARMING
Now start the mission "Scourge of Winter" on Venus and play it all the way through until you come to the boss, Draksis. Before you enter the final room, consume the "Three of Coins" and enter the room.
Shoot Draksis until he has little health left and finish him off by standing directly next to him, killing him and yourself with a rocket. This will cause the boss fight to fail and you can replay it instantly.
Dead Draksis will leave his loot behind. You will spawn just before the final room where you can consume another "Three of Coins" and get another chance to get exotics.
This won't work everytime, but exotics drop pretty frequently.
