Erin Tacke(37 yrs) from North West Indiana (USA) is back on her feet to play with her kids after 7 long years.

Erin's back pain started 7 years ago; she underwent a Discectomy, despite the surgery 2 years later her pain relapsed. She was also diagnosed with Breast Cancer a couple of years ago.
