Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil
1/4th tsp Turmeric
250 gms White Peas
Salt to taste
1/4th Cup Water
Puri
Boiled & Mashed Potato
Green Chutney
Date & Tamarind Chutney
Sev For Garnishing
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add turmeric powder and boiled ragda.
- Add some salt and water. Mix everything well.
- Let the ragda come to a boil. Switch off the flame.
- In a serving dish arrange all the puris. Break the puris open with your thumb.
- One by one in all the puris add mashed potatoes, salt, coriander leaves, green chutney, date & tamarind chutney.
- Garnish it with Sev.
- Ragda Puri is ready.
