Salman Khan, who resides in the plush locality of suburban Mumbai, recently complained against open defecation menace around the areas near his residence. The superstar, however, also decided to resolve the matter and his first step towards it is to donate five mobile toilets to the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation). Moreover, we hear that Salman has been roped in by the government in order to promote the anti-open defecation campaign.

The open defecation menace, mainly due to the lack of public toilets in the city, had left Salman Khan miffed and he decided to raise the matter to BMC thereby also explaining to them the consequences of dangerous health hazards due to the same. While the Government has apparently already started working towards resolving the issue with certain areas already being declared open defecation free, the Government believes that the support of a superstar will add value to the campaign.
