Donut Holes Stuffed Three Ways
Ingredients 5 Oreos 3 biscuits (preferred brand: Pillsbury) Vegetable oil, for frying Glaze: 1/4 cup powdered sugar 2 tsp milk
Let's get Cooking... Add Oreos to a plastic bag and crush up. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Add a small pinch of Oreo to center of dough and pinch it all together to create a small, smooth ball. Repeat with remaining dough. Fill a small, heavy-bottomed pot halfway with vegetable oil and heat to 350 F. Add dough balls in batches and fry until golden brown. Keep flipping doughnut holes before they become too heavy on one side. Remove to a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeat with remaining doughnut holes. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Plate doughnut holes and drizzle with glaze
