The collapse of construction scaffolding at a power plant in eastern China sent concrete debris and metal tumbling down at 70 workers on Thursday. At least 67 people were killed in the deadly accident and one worker is currently missing. The construction work at the Ganneng Fengcheng power plant is part of a $7.67 billion expansion project. It is predicted that billions of dollars will be spent on coal plants over the next two years in China.
