It was almost a perfect crime. They incorporated a company to offer a landbanking investment scheme. It was pitched as an opportunity of a lifetime and was guaranteed to make money. What the victims did not realise was that the offer was too good to be true as the land they invested have in does not exist.

It was a well planned scam as great length was taken to hide their true identites. Before the victims realised that this was nothing bus a scam, they executed their exit strategy and vanished into thin air, leaving behind 41 investors who invested over $1.2 million.
