High Quality footage of the sudden strong winds that struck central Wales this morning during what's been described as a mini tornado.

This video was filmed on Aberystwyth University Campus and shows items, such as chairs, flying around due to winds recorded at 94 mph.

According to the filmer, conditions "went from mild to dangerous in seconds."
