Prince's record label NPG has filed a lawsuit against Jay Z's label Roc Nation over streaming the late singer's music on Tidal without permission. The rapper's label has allegedly been streaming all of Prince's music since June 2016 illegally, according to TMZ. Before Prince's death, NPG signed an agreement with Roc Nation allowing Tidal to stream one album, "Hit N Run: Phase 1." Since then, nearly all Prince songs are available on Tidal. Roc Nation said that they were given permission to stream all of Prince's music, but NPG dismisses those claims.
