President-elect Donald Trump's lawyers have filed a motion to delay a class-action fraud lawsuit against Trump University.
Trump's lawyer argued that delaying the case until after the inauguration would give both sides time to reach a settlement.
The lawsuit alleges the now-defunct Trump University failed to uphold its promise to teach students real estate investing "secrets" if they pay up to $35,000.
