Load up Mission 5 - Hypocenter and from the very beginning snipe enemies from on top of the cliff. I would recommend the silencer even though I did not have it to ensure the enemies aren't alerted after shooting the two snipers. This was done on two different attempts and some of the kills followed over so it is cumulative.
