Michael Buble announced today that his son Noah is battling cancer at the age of just three years old. The little boy had been taken to hospital after Michael and wife Luisana Lopilato raised concerns over his health. Possible signs and symptoms of cancer in children include: An unusual lump or swelling, unexplained paleness and loss of energy, easy bruising, an ongoing pain in one area of the body, limping, unexplained fever or illness that doesn’t go away, and frequent headaches, often with vomiting. Parents should not hesitate on visiting a doctor if any of these symptoms persist.
