This recipe is mini cookies within a giant cookie. Yep, we've gone meta. Spelled out a little more clearly, it calls for a crunchy chocolate chip cookie base baked in a giant paella pan that's topped with sprinkles and a bunch of mini versions of all your favorite cookies: Oreos, Chips Ahoy!, and Nutter Butters. Enjoy!

Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup miniature cookies of your choice
Sprinkles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a large paella pan or pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Using a hand mixer, mix together the butter with the sugars and salt until light and fluffy. Slowly add in the flour and mix until a dough has formed. Add vanilla extract and keep mixing. Fold in chocolate chips and then press dough out into your pan, until it reaches the edges. Top with cookies of your choice, pushing them into the dough slightly. Top with sprinkles and bake for 45 minutes, or until the cookie is cooked through.
- Let cool completely before removing from the pan. Cookie will be slightly fragile but hard enough to handle.
